"I started taking class with Kelly at FFC for 6AM classes at the beginning of this year (Thank god you moved back to Chicago so I could experience some #Imwithkelly pain ). I have to say, those workouts absolutely kicked my butt and left me feeling exhausted – but I absolutely loved it! I never would have imagined that I would do another burpee since my college training days…but here we are doing them every workout and I have to say, they aren’t so bad! The tough, structured workout is what made me keep coming back every week. When COVID-19 hit, I knew I had to find something to keep me mentally and physically strong - #Imwithkelly was the answer. Honestly, these workouts have kept me sane and have a routine which I personally need throughout my day – Thank you!

Kelly puts so much effort and preparation into her classes and her motivation/energy at 6AM is what keeps me coming back day after day. I have gotten into the best shape I have been in years since my training as a D1 athlete and it feels AMAZING! I could not have done this without Kelly. She will push you past your limits, because she knows there is always another level to get to.
