FORMATS

ONLINE CLASSES

INTENSITY

Tabata training. Alternate between a strength move for 20 seconds, followed by a cardio move for 20 seconds. Always with 10 seconds to breathe in between.

BELLY UP

No leg day here! Think of exercises from the "belly up". Arms, shoulders, back, chest and core.

GROUNDED

No cardio. One foot remains "grounded" at all times.

Mobility + Strength make this the perfect lifting class with athletic stretching.

LIFT

Similar to Grounded with high reps and beat-based, but you will "lift" off the ground with cardio intervals sprinkled to spike your heart rate.

PYRAMID

We will link together exercises each round. All intervals are 30 seconds long and you are promised a 30-second rest at the end of each round.

BOOTCAMP

Anything is fair game! Different every week but you can expect cardio, strength and core!

Outdoor Bootcamp also available!

HUSTLE

Four circuits, 6 minute each

3 min of cardio

1 min of core

"I started taking class with Kelly at FFC for 6AM classes at the beginning of this year (Thank god you moved back to Chicago so I could experience some #Imwithkelly pain ). I have to say, those workouts absolutely kicked my butt and left me feeling exhausted – but I absolutely loved it! I never would have imagined that I would do another burpee since my college training days…but here we are doing them every workout and I have to say, they aren’t so bad! The tough, structured workout is what made me keep coming back every week. When COVID-19 hit, I knew I had to find something to keep me mentally and physically strong - #Imwithkelly was the answer. Honestly, these workouts have kept me sane and have a routine which I personally need throughout my day – Thank you!

Kelly puts so much effort and preparation into her classes and her motivation/energy at 6AM is what keeps me coming back day after day. I have gotten into the best shape I have been in years since my training as a D1 athlete and it feels AMAZING! I could not have done this without Kelly. She will push you past your limits, because she knows there is always another level to get to.

I am so excited that virtual training is here to stay, as I have found a new routine that I am absolutely loving! I leave every workout feeling accomplished/strong and I cannot recommend her enough."

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Kelly has done it all. She has managed health clubs, taught at boutique studios, and ran her own fitness company.
