We offer returns for all purchases made on our website if made 8-hours before your scheduled class. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the classes in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
For all Unlimited Subscription users, there is a 30-day notice required to terminate your membership.

Classes are offered through Zoom. Once you enter a Class, or if you don't reschedule or request a refund 8-hours before the Class is scheduled to start, your one (1) class will be deducted from your account.
If there are technical issues, we will do our best to ensure your experience with imwithkelly.com is optimal, however, with circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to refund the purchase.
For all On Demand and On Demand for Unlimited subscription users, there is a 30-day notice required to terminate your subscription. Cancellations can be done by contacting Kelly Amshoff or by the subscriber. To access Cancellation, click the "On Demand" channel that you have purchased and cancel directly from that page of the website.
